The company was founded in 2007 by known and accomplished veterans of the hi-tech and communications industry, all visionaries championing the change in the way people and businesses interact via cellular phones. The founders are seasoned players in the Hi-Tech and Advertising arenas.

The company operates under the leadership of Ariel Efrati, a former Head of Amdocs Venture Investments, responsible for Amdocs strategic Venture investments and business units incubation within Amdocs.
